By redeeming a coupon code (“Coupon”) for a discount on any Petahead service\/products and subscription fee, you (“User”) agree to the following terms and conditions:<\/p>

Single Use:<\/strong> The Coupon is valid for a one-time use only and applies solely to the initial term of the online courses, service or product. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Coupon cannot be applied to subsequent renewals, additional purchases, or any other product or service offered by Petahead.<\/p>

Renewal Pricing:<\/strong> Upon renewal of the online courses, service or product, the User will be charged the then-current full price for the online courses, service or product without any discount. The User acknowledges their responsibility to review the full price of the online courses, service, or product, prior to renewal and accepts that the renewal will be processed at the full price.<\/p>

Please note users have until 24 hours, prior to renewal date to deactivate the auto-renewal option. If user misses the window deactivate the auto-renewal option, the subscription will be automatically renewed, and Petahead reserves the right to not issue a refund.<\/p>

Coupon Expiry and Restrictions:<\/strong> Each Coupon is subject to an expiration date and may include specific restrictions, such as eligibility criteria or applicability to certain membership levels. The User is responsible for adhering to these terms as outlined at the time of the Coupon’s issuance. Failure to use the Coupon within the stipulated period or in accordance with its terms will result in the forfeiture of the discount.<\/p>

Non-transferability:<\/strong> Coupons are non-transferable and may not be sold, copied, modified, or transferred to another party. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.<\/p>

Right to Modify or Cancel:<\/strong> Petahead reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel any Coupon offer at any time and for any reason without notice or liability to the User.<\/p>

Acceptance of Terms:<\/strong> By using a Coupon, the User agrees to these terms and conditions. These terms are supplementary to and should be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions of the Petahead service.<\/p>

The User’s continued use of a Coupon constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the Coupon and contact Petahead customer service for further assistance.<\/p>
